Morning all,
 Spent a bit of time with the Crossley web site this morning, just to check things out. It look like a work in progress, but there are a few places of interest with regards to his new book. If you go to www.crossleybirds.com then click on BLOG, then go to Color, you will find some info regarding the hows and whys of the color issues in the book. If you go to BLOG then to corrections, you'll find some of the mistakes made in the book, and the corrections. 

In the book (back cover) it says that there is more info available as expanded captions for the plates and species updates, but I was unable to find them.
