Starting at 2 PM today (2/21), I walked around the east end of Font Hill Park and along nearby Carrigan Drive in Ellicott City, Howard County. I saw one Red-breasted Nuthatch, four Chipping Sparrows with juncos in a back yard, and one Pine Siskin. There was also a Yellow-bellied Sapsucker, Winter Wren, two Golden-crowned Kinglets, and flocks of robins, waxwings and starlings feeding on holly berries. At Meadowbrook Park there was a Savannah Sparrow along the path leading from the commuter lot down alongside the basketball courts.
