Greetings,

Kettering is a subdivision adjacent to Watkins Regional Park near  
Upper Marlboro in Prince George's Co. A few minutes ago I was clearing  
the dead fall in my backyard and flushed a woodcock in the leaf litter  
along the back fence. I caught a glimpse of a silhouette and whistling  
wings earlier this week just before dark by the front fence but  
couldn't make a positive id. Maybe the backyard needs a little  
cleaning ...or maybe not.
