The male Eurasian Wigeon was showing well for much of the mid afternoon today. Many thanks to Brad for finding and reporting this beauty. There was a nice assortment of waterfowl, and although I could not find the Shovelers seen by Debbie Terry I did see 4 Northern Pintails. Another highlight was 2 Rusty Blackbirds working the muddy shoreline 50 feet from where I stood at "the bucket."
