North Beach Temps near 70 degrees on 3-17-11. The Bay was still enough
for 20 horned grebes in winter garb to dive 50 feet away from the
boardwalk. Further out were 50 Scaup and Canvasback with about dozen
bufflehead.
Saw my first spring mockingbird near the boardwalk. No ospreys sighted yet.
