It seems "build it and they will come" is true, as the mudflats have increased along with the Rusty Blackbirds (estimated today at 90) and Wilson's Snipe (estimated today at 20) stopping by for feasting.

67%. Jay Sheppard and I stopped by the Oxbow after the rain let up this morning. 
The Great Horned Owl continues.
