Went over to Black Hill reservoir this afternoon and found the male
Surf-scoter reported by Dave Czaplak this morning.  It was, as he said,
across the lake from the visitor center.
Had nice looks in the scope; also two Common Loons in full breeding plumage
nearby. From the 121 bridge had good looks at the Long-tailed ducks
(appeared to be a drake and a hen) and another Common Loon, in partial
breeding plumage.
