I was at Ft. Armistead today in hopes of the nice grebes and loons reported the past few days.  Nothing but seven Buffleheads, two Mallards, and a dozen Canada Geese.  However, as I left, I spotted one Osprey way out over the water, and when I got back to the car, one was directly overhead, with half a fish.  

Time was 11:00-11:30.
