Hey everyone,

Spring Rd impoundments near Oxford is still holding many Green-winged
Teal and Northern Shovelers.  Of special interest was my personal high
count of American Coot for Talbot County with eleven birds present.  A
Merlin also flew over the impoundments.  A single Barn Swallow was
feeding with a few Tree Swallows over the impoundments.

This evening I chased Ron's Eared Grebe off of Cove Rd. in Wicomico
County.  It took me a few minutes but I eventually found the bird down
river with a flock of Ruddy Duck.  Also present were two Common
Goldeneye.  Thanks, Ron!
