I saw the following birds at the upper end of Lake Elkhorn and nearby Forebay Pond in Columbia, Howard County on April 5 in late afternoon:

Gadwall- pair
Belted Kingfisher- 1
Blue-gray Gnatcatcher- 1
Golden-crowned Kinglet- 2
Pine Warbler- 6
Palm Warbler- 9
Yellow-rumped Warbler- 2
Swamp Sparrow- 2
