I dropped by Southwest Area Park in Baltimore today and saw 3 Vesper Sparrows together feeding with a Field Sparrow in the handicap boat trailer spot, near the boat launch. Apparently someone was off-roading there and kicked tons of stone and mud into this area. They were feeding in the scattered dirt and stones. There was also a Vesper Sparrow with two Savannah Sparrows at the entrance to the parking lot for the boat launch. I am confident this is a different bird than the three that were together near the launch. I'm not sure if I've ever clocked that many in one spot before.

I uploaded a few doc shots that show two in one frame, distant and not detailed, but identifiable.
