Today Jeanne B. and I birded Milford Mill park. We did not see any new warblers but we did see some some great sightings of new FOY birds. The male Scarlet Tanager and male American Redstart were seen close together and both beautiful birds. Great sighting of a Blue-Gray Gnatcatcher after some tent worms.

Here is a list and a link to some photos ..the first five are shots from Milford Mill today.

Scarlet Tanager..male and female
American Redstart...male
Lots of Blue-Gray Gnatcatchers
Yellow Rump Warblers
North Parula
White Eyed Vireo
Flycatcher possible Acadian
Gray Catbird
Pileated Woodpecker
Redbellied Woodpecker
Bluejays
Cardinals
Robins
Turkey Vultures
Wood Thrush

Also an unknown snake.

At home in my Prettyboy yard I saw a beautiful male Baltimore Oriole and two male Ruby Throated Hummers chasing each other around my deck.
Jeanne sighted a Sharpie as she pulled into my driveway.
