Partly cloudy; 69-83 degrees; good to excellent visibility; winds strong
mostly from the SSW, 8-20 mph, gusting to 30 mph

Raptor Observations:
Considering the very favorable weather conditions, the flight was more
promising than productive.  Two of the Broadwings from yesterday were
immatures, the first of the season

Non-raptor Observations:
Blue Grosbeak 1, Yellow Warbler 1, Cattle Egret 1

Site Description:
Fort Smallwood Park is located on the western shore of Chesapeake Bay at
the mouth of the Patapsco River, 11 miles south of Baltimore, MD. Best
winds are from the southwest. The Park is closed to visitors on Wednesdays.
