A rare double-digit warbler morning in Ft. Bayard Park today, the best morning of the spring. Wasn't around yesterday, so don't know what I missed then.
Today's best bird was an enthusiastically singing WILSON'S WARBLER. Other nice warblers included 2 BLACKBURNIANS (1 female), BLACK-THROATED GREEN (less frequent than a few years ago, it seems), and a CHESTNUT-SIDED (still regular here).
Other migrants of note were 3 Scarlet Tanagers, 1 first-year male Baltimore Oriole tuning up, and a Rose-breasted Grosbeak (just a single call note, but regular enough here that I'm willing to call it).
