Peter,

I work for a company that sells to schools.  Interesting to note that
whatever architect Dorchester County PS used for their schools, they
all have perfect roofs for nesting Least Terns.  Quite a few, if not
nearly all, of their schools have colonies established.  It makes
going to work a lot more fun, I can tell you that!
