Just a few minutes I had 3 Anhingas (2 males and a female) flyover Montgomery Park in Baltimore City headed NW.  I did not have my binoculars, but they were barely over the building and in excellent light.  I hope they put down somewhere!  

Now to finish my records committee write-up!
