Purple Finch and Rose-breasted Grosbeak, Talbot Co.

Bill and I have been out of town for a month and did not expect to come home to our winter birds. Yesterday I had a female/ immature Purple Finch. We had a White-throated Sparrow May 10. Other birds:

Rose-breasted Grosbeak
Great Crested Flycatcher
Northern Parula
Red-eyed Vireo 
American Redstart
Scarlet Tanager
Gray Catbird
Wood Thrush
Brown Thrasher
Indigo Bunting
White-breasted Nuthatch (2) (nesting?)

Nesting:

Purple Martins (at least 14)
Carolina Chickadee
Tree Swallow
Tufted Titmouse
Eastern Bluebird
Carolina Wren
