Partly cloudy; 70-82 degrees; poor to fair visibility with fog/haze; winds
mostly from the SSW 7-10 mph
Raptor Observations:
Three adult Mississippi Kites, 11:41 am daylight time, 12:08 pm, 1:03 pm,
and a fourth sighting at 1:31 pm that could have been the same individual
as the third. One of the Bald Eagles was a juvenile.
Non-raptor Observations:

Site Description:
Fort Smallwood Park is located on the western shore of Chesapeake Bay at
the mouth of the Patapsco River, 11 miles south of Baltimore, MD. Best
winds are from the southwest. The Park is closed to visitors on Wednesdays.
