Here is today's bird list at Hughes Hollow.  On my way 
out I drove along Hunting Quarter Road and picked up added 
species.
 
Canada geese (parents and 2 teenagers)
Wood duck
Mallard
Great blue heron
Green heron
Bald eagle (immature)
Red-shouldered hawk
Red-tailed hawk
Rock dove
Mourning dove
Red-bellied woodpecker (heard)
Downy woodpecker (heard)
N. flicker (heard)
Eastern wood-pewee (heard)
Acadian flycatcher
Great crested flycatcher
White-eyed vireo (heard)
American crow
Tree swallows
Carolina chickadee (heard)
Tufted titmouse (heard)
Carolina wren (heard)
House wren (heard)
Blue-gray gnatcatcher
Eastern bluebird
Gray catbirds
N. parula warbler (heard)
American redstarts
Prothonotary warbler (heard)
Common yellowthroats
N. cardinals
Indigo buntings (several)
Red-winged blackbirds (many)
Common grackles
