Hi all I went on 5 - 30 - 11 to the Chesapeake Bay Environmental Center and Kent Narrows in Queen Annes County to look for some late migrating shorebirds. The water in Lake Knapp was way too high for them so I came up empty on them . A brief stop a Kent Narrows before hand added to the morning total of 29 Species . A great morning to be out but no rare birds. Other highlights were several Diamond backed Terrapins up on land with two seen digging their holes to lay eggs in .
