Bob Augustine called me t say he had seen the MIKI this morning at 10AM.  He was on the main dike looking east toward the island that is in the large impoundment.  The Kite flew along the tree line from left to right  (north to south) when it passed behind the island it disappeared from sight.  So the bird is still around and still elusive.
