On my 3rd try I finally saw the Kite this evening at Hughes Hollow-hooray!  It flew around the back of the east impoundment a half dozen times between 7 and 7:15pm, then took off flying east over the tree line and did not return.  I left about 8:30pm.  Life bird for me!
