This is just the latest version of the "Nigerian Prince" scam AKA 419 Scam
and should of course be ignored.  But I gotta say, this one has me sorely
tempted to play the con man with a reply:

"Kevin, glad you landed in Madrid okay, but sorry to hear about your
financial troubles.  I'd be glad to help you, having just come into a
windfall from my sale of that Audubon portfolio, but I have to make sure
this email is really from you by asking a question only you and I would know
the answer to.  So tell me, what is the airspeed velocity of an unladen
swallow?
