We also have opening on fridays july 29, aug 12 and oct 7.   Aug 12 is in same weekend as pelagic trip out of lewes, DE which is on sunday and oct 7 is in same weekend as big sit.

Hi all, 
 
We still have a few openings for our Wednesday, July 27 trip to Poplar 
Island, Talbot Co. This is a very good time to look for shorebirds and other 
early migrants and in previous years we had seen species such as Red-necked 
and Wilson's Phalaropes, White-rumped Sandpiper, and Black Tern. 
 
For those who have not visited this facility before, we leave the state dock 
on Tilghman Island at 9 AM and leave the island at about 1:30 PM. An 
air-conditioned bus will take us around and stop where the birding looks 
good. There is no charge, it is part of the state's environmental education 
program.
