David Boltz, from Alexandria, VA, was on a fishing trip on 7/16 and noted 2 Wilson's Storm-Petrels northeast of Calvert Cliffs nuke plant. The location he used was east of the channel in Dorchester County waters but they could just as easily have been in Calvert waters. He reported them to eBird and provided a photo of one of the birds. WISPs aren't tremendously rare in the Bay south of Pt. No Point but are unusual that far north. Anyone who happens to be out in the bay north of the mouth of the Patuxent River should keep an eye out!
