Jon Corcoran and I are at Papermill Flats and we just observed a Common Merganser( a goodie for August). Also, birds of interest are: one Western Sandpiper and a Black-crowned Night Heron. Photos were taken of the COME and WESA. There are also a good number of peeps, mainly semis
