Jeff Culler and I refound the Ruddy Turnstone at Swan Creek. Thanks Bill. 
It was in the North Cell. There is a small island to the right of the cement structure. The turnstone was walking around this island. It would be visable and then disappear in the grasses or back side but reappeared several times.

No sign of the American Avocet.
