Early morning radar runs on TV newscasts seem to indicate roosts that may be
Purple Martins (as well as shorebirds, terns, and gulls.) They should be
checked for "ground truth" as areas suitable for roosts are declining along
with other wetlands and deserve to be identified and protected.

 The exact locations may move from year to year. This year (2011) locations
appear to be:

 Rickett Point (Gunpowder R.)

Harewood Park (Gunpowder R.)

Bush, MD (Bush R.)

Carpenter Point (Susquehanna R.)

Swan Point (Rock Hall, MD)

Blakiston WMA DE/Millington WMA MD

Duck Creek, DE

Snow Hill, MD

Brandywine/Mattawoman Creek, MD (possible)
