I went back to Tydings this evening from 6:15-7:00pm. The Franklin's Gull wasn't present, but there were 4 Black Terns flying around and 5 Semi Sands on the flats.  

Also, just a note, while this morning the Franklin's was the only gull I saw with a full hood, this evening there was a Laughing Gull with a full hood. Both birds had some white around the bill.
