Birded the north end of Lake Needwood this morning, joined for part of
the time by Jeff Shenot, looking for the GWWA reported by Ron Johnson
(nice find Ron!). No luck, but we did see a BLACKBURNIAN (I think Jeff
had another before I arrived) and a WORM-EATING WARBLER. The former
certainly a migrant and the latter probably so.

Have not been there in a while and noticed that the dredging operation
at the lake is now over, and the water level is high, so did not see any
shorebirds.

Good birding!
