Yesterday I found a Lesser Scaup on the Gunpowder River just north of Maxqwell Point about 100 yards from the shoreline of Aberdeen Proving Ground (Edgweood). 

Only other thing notable were a few "yellowstarts" and many many Monarchs... 

I have photos of the scaup, including good ID photos showing the head's narrow profile and "tallness."
