Hi Everyone,

I visited Riley Roberts Rd in the Deal Island WMA this morning (30 Aug 2011) and then stopped briefly at the Chance Inlet.  A few migrants were moving, including these at the Chance Inlet:

Empidonax sp.  1     just a glimpse unfortunately
Black-and-white Warbler  1
American Redstart  4
Yellow Warbler  3
Baltimore Oriole  5

Nice diversity on Riley Roberts Rd, including Solitary Sandpiper, American Redstart, Black-and-white Warbler, and a flock of 9 Bobolinks.  The full eBird list for Riley Roberts Rd is below.  Have fun,

Comments:     Had to drive through some extensive puddles on the paved part of the road, but they weren't deep (not unusual here).  A large puddle in someone's yard opposite the church had the SOSA, 9 LEYEs, and 21 LAGUs.  Non-avian: painted turtle and red fox.
