Hi Birders,

Point Lookout State Park reopened sometime today in spite of no 
electricity.  I went down this evening and there were 2 Black Terns 
feeding at the north end of the causeway with Laughing Gulls and 
Forster's and Common Terns.  Also, present though near the south end of 
the causeway was the continuing Black Scoter I had seen a few weeks ago.
