Hi all --

Our last outing before leaving on our trip -- when we get back September 
27 there will be big changes.

A rather warm, muggy morning and we didn't expect too much but there 
were still some nice birds about...We only did the Park, as we have to get 
back to packing.

Birds of interest:

Great Blue Heron - 1
Green Heron - 3
Yellow-billed Cuckoo -- 1, great close, long looks as it ate a cicada 
(NO hummers)
Eastern Wood-pewee - 8
YELLOW-BELLIED FLYCATCHER - 1, worn adult, yellow throat, 
underparts, eyering etc.
Willow Flycatcher (prob).-- dull "Traill's" type with no eyering
"Traill's" Flycatcher -- HY with buffy wingbars, slight eyering
Empid sp. - 1
Great Crested Flycatcher - 3
Yellow-throated Vireo - 1
Red-eyed Vireo - 8-10
Blue-gray Gnatcatcher - 2
Eastern Bluebird - heard only
Blue-winged Warbler - 1 bright male
Chestnut-sided Warbler - 3
Black-and-White Warbler - 1
Blackburnian Warbler - 1 adult 
WORM-EATING WARBER - 1
American Redstart - 4
Scarlet Tanager - 1 female
Eastern Towhee - 3
Chipping Sparrow - 12-14
Field Sparrow - 1
