The Governor Bridge Natural Area was about as quiet this (Sunday) morning as everywhere else we have been recently, but we were happy to see a bright YELLOW-BELLIED FLYCATCHER in a small tree on the way to the boat launch and an OLIVE-SIDED FLYCATCHER on the traditional snag near the river (PGCo).

There were also SCARLET TANAGER, BALTIMORE ORIOLE, GREEN HERON, and a couple of BLUE GROSBEAKS along with three species of vireo: RED-EYED, WHITE-EYED, and YELLOW-THROATED, the latter two singing. Warblers were represented by COMMOM YELLOWTHROAT, BLACK-AND-WHITE, MAGNOLIA, CHESTNUT-SIDED, BLUE-WINGED, and AMERICAN REDSTART.
