For the record, I changed my call on that vireo at Rock Creek Park this
morning.  While I first said Philadelphia, I and I believe others
settled on a bright WARBLING VIREO due to the lack of a distinctive
black line through the eye.  If anyone has other thoughts on it, please
share.
