I had a chance to bird the Howard Conservancy this evening. I was excited to find a MERLIN and two AMERICAN KESTRELS. A NASHVILLE WARBLER was my first for the fall. Otherwise slow birding but a beautiful walk and great bugs....my highlight was a SILVER SPOTTED SKIPPER caterpillar http://flic.kr/p/amJJMX.....
