This post is on behalf of Philip Kline, a one-time area birder who left us for SE Arizona many years ago, but has been back for work the past two falls...and had CONNECTICUT WARBLER both times!

Today's was at Middle Patuxent Environmental Area, where he also had a BLUE-WINGED.  I'm afraid I don't have more detailed location info.  He also got a pretty nice photo of the Connecticut:
