This morning I was surprised to see an adult American Robin at our birdbath with colored plastic bands on its legs along with an aluminum FWS band.  I will be submitting a report to the bird banding lab to see if they have any information, but I am posting on MDOSPREY as well in case someone who is engaged in a color-banding project in the D.C. metro area is monitoring the listserv.

The bands on this bird were blue band on right leg below the aluminum band and pink band on left leg.
