This morning I was showing my friend Brian (birder from England) around Patterson Park, and we found a Clay-colored Sparrow in Patterson Park, at 9:20am. It was in the community garden near the NW corner of the park and was moving around quite a bit. It was the only sparrow present. Hopefully it will stick around for a while. We got good views of the stripy face with moustache stripe and distinct cheek patch and the neatly distinct grey neck.
Also a few other migrants as detailed below (pasted from Excel table).
Good luck,
Dave
