Hi Everybody,

The Kent County Bird Club will be hosting a field trip to Bombay Hook 
NWR in Delaware on Saturday 24 September. Our primary  targets will be 
waterfowl, gulls & terns, herons, and shorebirds. The most recent 
reports on the Birdline Delaware birding hotline are from last week, but 
we can certainly hope that some of the 300 American Avocets and 
interesting terns (including Gull-billed) reported then are still around 
as well as many other shorebirds and arriving dabblers and other waterfowl.

We will meet birders in front of the Dollar General store across from 
the end of Spring St. in Chestertown at 8:00 AM on Saturday. If you wish 
to meet us in Delaware please give us a call so we may plan on your 
attendance. We hope to see you Saturday.
