Common Raven 2
American Kestrel 6

Annapolis Junction Business Park , Anne Arundel, US-MD

Protocol: Stationary

Comments: I observed and heard to Common Raven flying overhead from the
direction of Fort Meade/NSA. They flew to the largest pond (not accessible from
the street) and each landed on the tops of two different power line towers. I
counted 6 American Kestral all sitting on the telephone lines due east from the
end of Deer Creek Court where I was parked. The kestrals also hunt over the open
fields. The business park's security patrol stopped by to see what I was doing,
but had not problems with birding at the location. The Eastern Phoebe was at
Brock Bridge over the Little Patuxent River and at the start of the Oxbow Lake
Nature Preserve as I continued home on Brockbridge Road.

The Annapolis Junction Business Park is off Dorsey Run Road on Deer Creek Court.
A relatively close landmark would be the Savage MARC station.
