We were at Jackson Landing from 1:55 - 2:40 and did not see the Red Phalarope.

Unfortunately, I haven't gotten around to recharging the batter for my DSLR, 
so I only had my cell phone to take a photo of the Red Phalarope last night.

I should also clarify that the bird wasn't technically in Jug Bay, but 
rather right next to it. It was in a miniature bay on the PG County side of 
the river, immediately in front of the observation platform. See Jeff 
Shenot's post from 31 Aug, if you need directions to the observation 
platform.
