Great report - thanks! Red Headed Woodpeckers used to be pretty reliable in this location, but I have not seen them this year, despite many attempts. We were out last weekend and saw pileated, red bellied, yellow shafted northern flickers, downies and hairies but no Red Headed. Excellent new that they have returned!
