Earlier before the walk, i had a good view of the Orange-crowned
Warbler as it was popped up from the live fallen tree with tangles of
scrub around it near end of the point at Loch raven Reservoir on Loch
Raven Drive just before the #1 bridge. There were a mini-fallout at
the point plus winter waterfowl arrival.

During the walk, we had a flyby American Bittern over the treetop at
the stream as we were walking down stream before the open area at lime
kiln.

**If anyone plan to see "The Big Year" movie and meet Greg Miller. I
and several others from Baltimore plan to be at Columbia place at
630pm or 645pm to chat with other birders before we head in to fjnd
our seats. Its a good way to meet others before the movie same way we
do for wine and cheese social during annual MOS conference. I
have already order ticket online to avoid long line at the movie.
Hope everyone can do the same.
