Joe,

I'm baffled. Granted, most people would say nothing unusual there but if you're talking about the University of Maryland Central Farm, anyone can bird there by stopping into the property building next to it and signing in. This is state owned property that allows access to anyone that follows their rules. Why does this location always get posted as if it is a place that can't be gotten into to without special dispensation from the pope? I'm seriously not trying to be a wise guy here, I'm trying to understand why messages about the place always seem to give everyone the impression that the place is generally inaccessible.

Thanks,

MDOsprey,
We have found 1 Clay-colored and 1 Nelson's Sparrow on private property in
Howard County. We have permission to take a small group in on Saturday
morning 10/15. If you are interested in going please email me and as long as
we have space, you can come along.
There are no trails, you will need to walk through water up to a foot deep,
and there may be ticks. No guarantee that we will refind the birds but they
have been relocated at the same location.
