The juvenile Little Blue Heron was at Schoolhouse Pond again this morning.  I didn't see it when I first arrived, but apparently it had been roosting off to the side of the pond and it flew into the open at about 7:15.  Also present was one female Ring-necked Duck, about 13 Northern Shovelers, and 3 Double-crested Cormorants.  When I left work late yesterday afternoon, there was still a group of 400 or so Laughing Gulls on the pond, but they flushed and headed towards Jug Bay before I could take a closer look at them.
