Dan,

For those of us who don't "tweet" or follow Twitter postings, I hope folks
will continue to post their sightings to MDOSPREY as well.

Thanks.

Subject: [MDOSPREY] Twitter: Rare Bird Alert

If anyone is interested, I've created a Twitter account
@ I would be delighted to post any notable sightings
to that account and anyone who has an account can have alerts sent to
their smart phone, iPhone, Blackberry, etc.

If it doesn't catch on, no worries... it was free! I have a blast
reading reports from Cape May and Strattford Point in Conn. about
their bird sightings. Maryland deserves one as well. If you are
interested in being a part of it, email me and I'll give you my cell
phone number. All it takes is ONE brief text message and I'll happily
post it ASAP to the twitter account for immediate alerts. If you'd
like to be notified, simply click 'follow' (once you've started your
own account).

Good Birding,
