Still present but on the south side of the Fort, not far from the seawall and with a female Bufflehead. It's a first winter immature Surf Scoter.

Jim Peters called to report a Surf Scoter at Fort McHenry. The bird is
in the area of the Lehigh Cement towers. Jim said the bird has been
around for several days.
