I had a single snow bunting this morning while birding Fort Frederick State Park in Washington County MD near Big Pool.  The bird was foraging on the "authorized users only" gravel road that begin at the far south end of the Ft Frederick Visitors Center parking lot.  If you walk up the road 15 yards it splits.  The bunting was feeding in the gravel of the right hand split.  At one point it flew into the small trees in the main parking lot, but quickly circled back to the gravel road.
